Over the past five years, as Involve Space has grown rapidly from an entrepreneurial startup into a company operating at scale, we have invested significant time in improving the way we work. Because growth changes the nature of the challenge: what works in a startup driven by the energy of a small team is not necessarily what enables a company to perform consistently and keep scaling. For Involve Space, achieving ISO 9001 certification is the outcome of that transformation.
The certification acknowledges a commitment that goes beyond documentation and procedures. For me, as a member of this team voted to excellence, one of the most important outcomes is the impact certification has on the people.
