Candidates Privacy Policy
Purpose of processing
Personal data submitted by candidates through the website, application forms, or other contact channels are processed by Involve Space S.r.l. for the purposes of recruiting, selecting, and evaluating personnel, as well as for any future professional opportunities consistent with the candidate's profile.
Legal basis
Data processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in managing recruitment processes and maintaining an archive of applications potentially relevant to future business needs.
Categories of data processed
The following data may be collected and processed:
- personal and contact details;
- information contained in the curriculum vitae;
- professional and educational background;
- any additional information voluntarily provided by the candidate.
Candidates are advised not to include in their CV any data belonging to special categories within the meaning of Art. 9 of the GDPR, unless strictly necessary for the establishment of the employment relationship and within the limits permitted by applicable law.
Processing methods and retention
Information relating to applications is stored and managed through the Odoo management platform, used by Involve Space S.r.l. for the administration of recruitment processes.
Data is retained without a predetermined duration, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in evaluating any future professional opportunities compatible with the candidate's profile, unless otherwise requested by the data subjects.
Rights of the data subject
At any time, the candidate may exercise the rights provided for under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, updating, supplementation, erasure of personal data, and restriction of processing.
