Purpose of processing

Personal data from candidates submitted via website, forms, or contact channels are processed by Involve Space S.r.l. for recruitment, selection, evaluation, and consideration for future professional opportunities aligned with the candidate's profile.

Legal basis

Processing occurs under Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), based on the controller's legitimate interest in managing recruitment and maintaining application records.

• Curriculum vitae information
• Professional and educational background
• Additional voluntarily provided information

Candidates are cautioned against including special category data under GDPR Article 9 unless necessary for employment and legally permitted.

Processing methods and retention

Data is stored via the Odoo management platform. Retention has no predetermined end date, based on legitimate interest in evaluating future opportunities matching the candidate's profile, unless otherwise requested.

Rights of the data subject

Candidates may exercise the rights set out in GDPR Articles 15 and following: access, rectification, updating, erasure, and restriction of processing. Requests can be sent to privacy@involvespace.eu.
